北京德胜社区残疾人现状与康复需求调查分析

Status of Disabled Persons and Their Rehabilitation Needs in Beijing Desheng Community

目的了解北京西城区德胜社区残疾人现状与康复需求。方法2007年10月—2008年4月对德胜街道的1615例残疾人进行残疾现状与康复医疗、功能训练指导、心理服务、康复知识普及、残疾人辅助器具、康复转介6个方面的康复需求调查。结果实际完成调查共1412例。1412例残疾人中1094例有1种或1种以上的康复需求,总康复需求率为77.5%,其中康复医疗需求281例(19.9%);功能训练指导需求327例(23.2%);心理服务需求512例(36.3%);康复知识普及需求652例(46.2%);残疾人辅助用具需求457例(32.4%);康复转介需求171例(12.1%)。结论应结合残疾人现状,根据残疾类别、残疾人文化背景等差异而具有不同康复需求以及残疾人群具有共性的康复需求特点,以残疾人康复需求为工作目标,制定相应的社区康复策略,提供社会化、多元化、综合康复服务。

Objective To Investigation the status of disabled persons and their rehabilitation needs in Desheng communities of Beijing. Methods From October 2007 to April 2008, 1 615 disabled people were investigated about their conditions and their rehabilitation needs for functional exercise instruction, psychological service, popularization of rehabilitation knowledge, aids for the handicapped, and rehabilitation referral. Results 1 412 cases completed investigation. Among the 1 412 disabled people there were 1 094 who had one or more rehabilitation needs, the total rate of rehabilitation needs was 77. 5% ; of which 281 （19. 9% ） had needs for medical, 327 （23.2%） for functional exercise instruction, 512 （36. 3% ） for psychological services, 652 （46.2%） for rehabilitation knowledge, 457 （32.4%） for aids, and 171 （ 12. 1% ） for rehabilitation referral. Conclusion A corresponding strategy should be made basing on the working target of the disabled people＇s needs to provide socialized, diversified and comprehensive rehabilitation services based on the status of the disabled people, and according both the individual rehabilitation needs because of different disable types, cultural backgrounds, and the common rehabilitation needs.
