摘要
目的探讨乙肝病毒(HBV)感染者血清中前S1蛋白(Pre-S1)、HBV-DNA与HBeAg的检出情况,评估Pre-S1在乙型肝炎诊断中的作用。方法收集本院2008年1月至3月175例乙型肝炎患者的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测HBV Pre-S1与HBV血清标志物,荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA,以HBV-DNA>5×102拷贝.ml-1为阳性诊断标准。结果不同HBV-M模式中,Pre-S1与HBV-DNA的阳性检出率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);Pre-S1与HBV-DNA的阳性符合率高于HBeAg与HBV-DNA的符合率;在HBeAg阴性患者血清中仍可不同程度地检出Pre-S1与HBV-DNA。结论Pre-S1可作为HBV感染、复制的一项新指标,对乙型肝炎的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the detections of hepatitis B virus （HBV）Pre-S1, HBV-DNA and HBV pre-S1 antigen in patients＇ serum and to evaluate the effect of Pre-S1 antigen in diagnosis of hepatitis B. Methods In studied 175 patients, both HBV serum marker and pre-S1 antigen were detected by ELISA and HBV-DNA were detected by PCR. HBV-DNA 〉 5 ×102 copies, m1-1 is set as positive for virus duplication. Results The positive ratio between Pre-S1 and HBV-DNA have no statistically significant difference in different HBV-M models（P 〉 0.05 ）. The correlation of Pre-S1 and HBV-DNA is higher than that of HbeAg and HBV-DNA. Pre-S1 and HBV-DNA could be detected in the patients with HBeAg negative. Conclusions Pre-S1 may be used as a new and reliable serum detector for HBV infection and duplication because of its close correlation with HBV-DNA, and it can play a great role in diagnosis of hepatitis B.
