摘要
在对上海地区干线公路水泥混凝土路面轴载调查的基础上,根据重载交通水泥混凝土路面的应力特征,引用了混凝土材料的曲线疲劳方程,以及由此推导的水泥混凝土路面车辆轴载换算关系,提出重载交通下水泥混凝土路面面板厚度设计方法,并结合工程实例将本文方法与现行规范进行对比分析,发现:本文的设计方法更能反应上海地区重载交通水泥混凝土路面的工程实际。所得结果对现行规范进行了有效的延伸,对重载交通水泥混凝土路面的面板厚度设计有重要的借鉴意义。
Base on axle load investigation for cement concrete pavement of Shanghai arterial roads, the paper obtains a new design method for the thickness of concrete slab according to the stress characteristics of cement concrete pavement under heavy load , curve fatigue equation for concrete material and the axle load conversion derived from the curve fatigue equation, then it compares the results between active codes and the new method combining of practice engineering. It finds that the new design method responses practice engineering better. The results of this paper extend active codes effectively, and this paper has important reference to the design of cement concrete pavement under heavy load.
