摘要
依据钻井液固相颗粒后处理装置的工作原理制造了模拟机,对模拟机进行了动态测试。测试过程和结果分析表明,样机的运动特性满足设计初衷,方案可行。试验样机在制造加工过程中,必须严格保证轴承支座的同轴度;采用必要的结构措施保证轨道上滑动轴承的耐磨和抗冲击性;保证激振力平面和装置质心严格共面;必须用力学特性完全相同的2台电动机作为激振电动机;2台激振电动机应同时启动或停车。
According to the operating mechanism of the drilling fluid solid particle post-treating unit,the simulator was produced and a dynamic test of the simulator was conducted.The testing process and analysis of the results show that the movement characteristics of the sample unit satisfy the initial requirements of the design and the plan is feasible.In the entire process of manufacturing and processing of the sample unit,the coaxiality of the bearing supports must be strictly guaranteed,necessary structural measures must be taken to guarantee the abrasive and impact resistance of the sliding contact bearing on track,the strict coplane between the excitation force and the unit's center of mass should be assured,two motors with exactly the same mechanical property should be used as excitation motors,and two excitation motors should be started or stopped simultaneously.
