摘要
针对常规游梁式抽油机耗能大、噪声大、耗材多等问题,引入机电一体化智能自动控制技术,对常规游梁式抽油机进行本质性的改造后,成功研制了天平式游梁抽油机。该机采用底座连接支架作为支撑,支承轴连接游梁及前后驴头,通过永磁同步电动机实现正、反换向,通过两端固定在前、后驴头的驱动实现抽油机的运转。现场试验结果表明,在产液量相当的情况下,天平式游梁抽油机电动机功率比常规抽油机降低22kW,运行噪声降低25dB,试验井原来日耗电量为240kW.h左右,现在日耗电量仅为40kW.h,节能效果十分明显。
Considering the problem that the ordinary beam pumping unit produces loud noises and has a high energy and material consumption,the electromechanical integration-based intelligent automatic control technology was introduced.After the substantial innovation of the ordinary beam pumping unit,the balance-type beam pumping unit was developed successfully.The unit uses the base connection support as its brace.The support bearing connects the front and back horseheads.The permanent-magnet synchronous motor is used to achieve positive and negative commutation and the driving of both front and back horseheads fastened to both ends makes the pumping unit rotate.The field test results show that under the condition of the same fluid production,compared with the ordinary pumping unit,the power of the balance-type beam pumping unit decreases by 22 kW,and its operating noise drops by 25 dB.The previous daily electricity consumption of the test well was 240 kW·h and now its daily consumption is 40 kW·h.Its energy-saving effect is noticeable.
