针对酸化作业中酸液的混配方法和设备落后,用户对先进混酸模式和混酸设备的需求迫切,研制了GYQ50型自动混酸橇。该设备采用8路闭环自动控制和恒压稳流控制方式,实现集中监控、数据存储、绘制曲线等功能,保证了混酸液的质量控制和排出连续稳定性。5种混配控制方式使设备适应性强、可靠性高,可满足多种作业要求,实现了酸化作业即配即用的在线式混配,提高了酸液混配的精度,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,既降低了成本又达到了环保要求。

In light of the backwardness of the acid solution's mixed preparation method in acidizing operation and the user's requirement of advanced mixed acid pattern and equipment,the GYQ50-model automatic mixed acid skid was developed.The equipment adopts the eight-route closed loop automatic control and constant pressure and steady flow control,achieving the functions,such as concentrated monitoring,data storage and curve plotting,and guaranteeing the quality control of mixed acid and continuous stability of fluid discharge.The five mixed preparation control methods ensure that the equipment is strong in adaptability,high in reliability and can satisfy the requirement of many operations.The equipment achieves the online mixed preparation of acid solution,improving the precision of acid's mixed preparation,reducing the operator's labor intensity,saving the costs and protecting the environment.
