摘要
介绍了国产引进型600 MW机组给水泵及其小汽轮机密封特点,重点分析汽泵组在正常运行中或者启停时容易进水的现象.通过对该给水泵轴端密封工作原理及运行情况的分析研究表明,机组在正常运行时,汽泵轴端检漏口和呼吸器倒吸的空气进入密封水回水,导致密封水排水不畅是造成润滑油中进水的主要原因.通过运行方式改进、设备改造,以及加强化学监督等措施,基本上消除了给水泵小汽轮机润滑油中的进水问题.
The features of the water-feeding pumps and the seal of small steam turbine of the home-made 600 MW units of the imported type are introduced, with focus on the phenomenon of water coming into the steam turbine units either in the normal operation or at starting or stopping. The analytical study of the working mechanism and the real operation of the pump shaft sea shows that during the normal operation of the units, the real cause for oil in water is the sealed air and the backwater at the shaft end steam leaking and the mouth breathing apparatus. Improved operation mode and strengthened chemical supervision, among other measures, eliminates the problem of water in the lubricating oil in the water-feeding system of steam turbines.
