摘要
在介绍高压静电发生器工作原理的基础上,根据IEC61000-4-2的要求,对其关键技术进行了深入研究,设计了一种高压静电放电发生器装置.实验表明,该发生器的输出电压达到30kV,输出电压在0.5~30.0kV的线性度达到4%,放电电流波形符合IEC61000-4-2标准.
On the basis of introduction of the principle of ESD generator with high voltage, an ESD generator in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 specification is designed after its key technologies are researched in details. It is proved that output voltage of the ESD generator reaches 30 kV, and the linearity is less than 4% in voltage scope ranging from 0.5 - 30.0 kV, and the ESD current waveform is accordant with IEC 61000-4-2 standard.
