药物性肾脏损伤的病理变化及机制 被引量:2

摘要 肾脏是多种药物代谢的重要场所。药物经血液进入肾脏时,往往因滤过而被浓缩,使肾组织,尤其是肾小管内及其周围的浓度明显高于其他组织,肾实质特别是肾小管受损的概率大增。此外,肾小管细胞的高代谢活动,更增加了肾小管对药物损伤的易感性。药物对肾脏的损伤常常表现为肾小管的结构和功能的改变。各种药物通过不同的机制损伤肾脏,肾脏受损的程度依赖于所接触药物的浓度、持续时间以及肾脏对药物的易感性和耐受性等。本文就肾脏药物性损伤的一般病理改变及机制做一简要综述。
