摘要
阐述三针法测量公制梯形螺纹塞规中径的过程和计算公式,分析了公制梯形螺纹塞规中径测量斜率误差的主要来源、测量方法和计算公式,最后对公制梯形螺纹塞规中径的测量进行了实例分析。
The measurement of pitch diameter of metric trapezoidal thread plus gauge by the basic theory of ＂three-wire＂ method and the calculation formulae are expounded.The main source,method of measurement and calculation formulae in measurement of pitch diameter of metric trapezoidal thread plus gauge are analyzed.According to the experimental data,the measurement of pitch diameter of metric trapezoidal thread plus gauge is analyzed.
