摘要
三塘湖盆地牛东区块火山岩油藏在压裂时具有滤失高、砂堵几率高等突出特点,同时储层具有强水敏和低温的特点,压裂成功难度大。通过优化压裂液体系配方、工艺参数、压裂方式,研究并采用饱填砂、强制闭合、多级优化加砂技术,形成了造长逢、高砂比及低温低伤害压裂液等配套技术,有效保证了压裂液的携砂性能、快速破胶能力和裂缝的有效支撑和铺砂的连续性,有效降低了对储层的损害。现场应用26井次,成功率92.3%,平均单井日增液20.6m3、日增油16.1t,取得了显著的增产效果。
In the volcanic reservoirs in Niudong Block of Santanghu Basin,it had a characteristics of high filtration,high sand plugging,at the same time,the reservoir had the characteristics of strong water sensitivity and low temperature,it was difficult for fracturing.By optimizing the formulae of fracturing fluid,technical parameters,fracturing patterns,the techniques of full sand packing,compressed seal off,multi-staged optimizing sand usage were used,the matching techniques of long fracture,high sand ratio,and low temperature and low damage of fracturing were created,by which the performance of sand carrying.The ability of quick cementation,effective support of fractures and continuous sand laying of the fracturing fluid are effectively guaranteed,the formation damage is effectively reduced.It is used in 26 wells with success rate of 92.3 %,the average daily fluid increment is 20.6m3,daily oil increment is 16.1t.the effect of oil production increase is obvious.
