摘要
采用失重法及电化学方法研究了油气水形成的非均相介质中N80钢在二氧化碳/硫化氢环境下的腐蚀行为及N80钢在上述介质中的应力腐蚀裂纹;结果表明,在硫化氢、二氧化碳气体与油水组成的非均相系统中,随着PCO2/PH2S的增加,N80钢的腐蚀速率增大;硫化氢的存在使得N80钢腐蚀的阳极过程受到抑制,腐蚀速度减缓;但脆性断裂及应力腐蚀加剧。
The corrosion behavior of N80 steel in the heterogeneous medium in the presence of CO2 and H2S were studied at different partial pressures by weight loss method and electrochemical measurement,the hydrogen cracking and stress corrosion cracking were also studied.The result indicates that corrosion rate of N80 steel is raised with the increase of PCO2 / PH2S value in the mixed solution.By adding H2S,the anodic process of N80 steel is inhibited,and the corrosion rate is reduced.Therefore,the hydrogen cracking and stress corrosion cracking is aggravated.
