作为铁路实施内涵扩大再生产措施的大宗货物重来重去循环直达运输方式,是快速、经济扩充运输能力的有效手段之一,对有效缓解当前铁路运输瓶颈制约具有重要的现实意义。文章从重来重去列车开行对货车停时、中时、空率及管内装卸率等货车运用指标的影响分析,讨论重来重去运输方式的货车运用效率。

Transport with loaded wagons in both up and down directions embodies a concept ot baianced transport,it is an effective approach for railways to reduce turnround time of vehicles and improve transport efficiency.The concept,stemmed from the soul of system theory,is a united plan basing on the consideration given to resource allocation and development planning of the whole industry.It reflects the ideas of lean management and innovates concept of transport organization.This paper builds efficiency evaluation model,which includes these indicators：Railcars cycle time,Once all for time of goods operation,Time of detention in transit and Ratio of empty wagon kilometertrage,to analyze the transport efficiency.
