“以人为本”与高校贫困生教育

高校学校工作坚持“以学生为本”思想，就是把学生看作学校的主体，充分考虑学生的个体差异，运用学生自身力量进行自我教育、自我管理和自我服务。作者认为：高校贫困生作为一个特殊的群体，坚持“以人为本”的思想是做好高校贫困生教育的首要前提，建立“以人为本”为特征、以提高贫困生自我管理能力、学习能力和适应能力为目的的助困措施体系是做好高校贫困生教育的基本保障。

Adhering to the ＂people-oriented＂is the most important prerequisite of the job relating to poor students. Therefore, to establish poor students assistance system which characterized as ＂people-oriented＂ and oriented as improving poor students self-management ability, study ability and adaptability is the basic guarentee of high school poor students education.
