摘要
本研究采用访谈和问卷调查方法,在了解中职学校教师知识分享的现状的基础上,探究影响教师知识分享的因素,并提出相应对策建议。
The study based on using interviews and questionnaire survey methods to understand knowledgesharing in the grade school teachers, explore the impact of teacher knowledge-sharing factors, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
