摘要
在大学实施德育学分制,必须制度化、规范化,切实提高全体师生尤其是学生和学生工作人员的思想认识,建立奖惩分明的政策来,制定德育补修的教学计划,办好德育补修班,同时,注重加强学生思想教育与德育学分制实施相配合,树立全员参与意识。
