新形势下,如何加强高校预备党员的继续培养和考察工作是值得深思的问题。预备党员的培养效果直接关系到大学生党员质量,是保证大学生党员先进性的关键因素。本文就高校学生预备党员的目标管理制度进行了浅要阐述。
In the new style, it needs a deep thought about how to reinforce the deep cultivation and canvass of the probationary party members in college. The effect of cultivation has a direct relationship with the quality of undergraduate party members and it is the key factor of guaranteeing party members＇ progressiveness. This article will discuss the management by objectives of probationary party members in colleges shallowly.
