摘要
高校教育的迅猛发展,对高校教师职业水平的要求越来越高。作为培养高等人才的教育者,高校教师所要承担的工作任务不断加重,导致高校教师的职业压力和心理承受能力日趋严重,对教师的身心健康以及教师的工作积极性造成了一定的影响。探析生态位理论对高校教师职业压力的调整策略,有助于高校教师以平稳的心态正确对待职业压力,积极投身于高校教育改革之中,促进高校教育可持续、和谐发展。
The fast development of higher education requires higher professional level from teachers. As educators, teachers' workload is increasing everyday which caused higher occupational stress and consequently cast bad effects on teachers' enthusiasm and healthy development. Analyzing the adjustment strategies of Niche Theory on occupational stress in teachers of higher education contributes to a positive attitude towards occupational stress and helps teachers devote themselves in the higher education reform, promoting a sustainable and harmonious development of higher education.
