水平井热力采油过程中的传热传质分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了合理分配和利用水平井热采过程中注入的能量,增加采出程度,对影响水平井段的传热传质因素进行分析是非常必要的。针对水平井井筒与油藏之间的传热与传质问题,利用水平井的热工水力学模型,对济阳坳陷草桥油田的热采水平井进行模拟。根据模拟结果,分析了沿水平井井长方向上的热量分布和动用储量分布、水平井在油藏的不同位置对盖层的热损失和油藏加热状况的影响,提出采取不同的射孔方案等方法来解决长水平井段的传热传质不均匀问题。 In order to prorate and utilize the injection heat reasonably and to improve recovery percent, it is very necessary to analyze the factors which effect heat and mass transfer between reservoir and horizontal well bore during thermal recovery. Authors use the thermal hydraulic model for horizontal well bore to simulate the process in Caoqiao oil field and discuss the following topics: how to optimize the well bore length to avoid heat and producing reserve distribution unreasonably, how about the heat losses to formation and how to heat the reservoir when horizontal well located in different position in reservoir, how different perforation improves the problem which causes heat and mass transfer asymmetrically for longer horizontal well bore.
