摘要
在平原河网地区,为保证河道生态用水量,需要解决河道的引水能力与二岸农田灌溉泵站提水流量不匹配的现象。为此,提出了灌溉泵站改造布局优化的动态规划模型,可在满足农田灌溉、河道最小生态流量等条件下,确定泵站群的最优开机组合,该成果可对平原河网地区的灌溉泵站布局优化调整提供理论依据。同时,对此类耦合约束带有明确可行域的动态规划模型,提出了简单、方便的递推方法。
In order to improve the ecological environment of rivers in plain river network region, it is need to solve the phenomena that some rivers' water intake capacity is not suited to the lifting current of the irrigation pumping stations of the farmland along two hanks. The author presents the dynamic programming model of the reconstruction layout optimization of irrigation pumping stations. The optimal boot-strap pumps band is fixed on the condition of the satisfaction the cropland's irrigation, the minimal ecological current, etc. The result offers theoretical reference for the reconstruction layout optimization of irrigation pumping stations in plain river network region. What's more, as to the coupling constraint with clear feasible region in dynamic programming model, a kind of simple dimension-decreased method is put forward.
