阿特拉津胁迫下水湿柳叶菜生理性状的研究 被引量:1

摘要 阿特拉津是全球使用最广用量最大的农药之一,在其残留物给环境带来的第二次污染后果极其严重,为此模拟水生植物水湿柳叶菜在不同浓度阿特拉津处理下的性状和部分生理指标进行研究,结果表明:低浓度促进水湿柳叶菜根系的生长,高浓度抑制根系的生长。随着浓度增加和时间的延长,水湿柳叶菜逐渐死亡;浓度与生物量的相关性看,第1周呈正相关,第2周呈负相关;对叶绿素a低浓度短时间出现增加,低浓度长时间和高浓度胁迫下降;对叶绿素b均下降;淀粉含量的变化第1周出现了中浓度刺激淀粉积累现象,第2周10 mg/L阿特拉津浓度处理明显低于5 mg/L处理和15 mg/L处理,10 mg/L成为致死浓度;蛋白质上表现在随着浓度的增高而降低,随着时间的增加而降低。10 mg/L的浓度是一个致死浓度;细胞膜透性与时间呈正相关,与浓度呈正相关说明随着浓度和时间的增加膜透性都增加。 Atrazine is one of the widest utilizing pesticides all over the world, and its residue brings the extremely serious consequences to environments' the second pollution. So it is necessary that research of a part of physiological traits for Epilobium palustre, one of the hydrophyte, under the treatments of different density Atrazine. Accompanying to increasing of Atrazine density and prolonging of time, Epilobium palustre died gradually. Form the correlation between Atrazine density and biomass: At the first week, it offered positive correlation, and the second it offered negative correlation. The result demonstrated: low density Atrazine could promote its root system growth, and vice verse. The content of chlorophyll a increased under low density at a short time, and reduced under low density at a long time or under high density. And the content of chlorophyll b reduced at any circumstance. The content of starch accumulated under the middle density at first week, and it under T2 density less than T1 and T3 density, and T2 density is its lethal concentration. The content of protein induced accompanied with Atrazine density and time. T2 is its lethal concentration. Cell membrane permeability offered positive correlation with time, and so did Atrazine density; it demonstrated that membrane permeability increased accompanied with density and time.
