2001～2007年龙岩市收容教育所新收押暗娼危险行为与HIV/梅毒感染状况分析

Analysis on Risk Behaviors and HIV/Syphilis Infection among Female Sex Workers(FSWS) in Detention Home of Longyan City from 2001 to 2007

[目的]了解暗娼人群中影响艾滋病／性病流行的危险行为及感染状况，为制订暗娼行为干预措施提供依据。[方法]对2001-2007年龙岩市妇女收容教育所新收押的暗娼调查与血液HIV抗体和梅毒检测资料进行分析。[结果]2001-2007年合计调查1859人，年龄（26．92±9．56）岁，来自外省的1085人，小学和初中文化的1402人，已婚840人；人所前1个月内与客人发生性关系时每次都使用安全套的占41．69％；HIV抗体阳性的1例，梅毒阳性率为10．38％。[结论]暗娼存在不安全性行为和吸毒行为，梅毒感染率较高，是艾滋病／性病的高危人群。

[Objective]In order to understand the risk behaviors and HIV/Syphilis infection among FSWS, and to provide evidence for the development of appropriate preventive interventions. [Methods]Risk behaviors and the situation relevant to HIV/Syphilis infection were investigated among FSWS in detention home of Longyan city from 2001 to 2007. The data were analyzed by software Epi-info. [Results]A total of 1 859 FSWS were surveyed from 2001 to 2007. Their average age was （26.92 ± 9.56） years. Among 1 859 FSWS, 1 085 were from outside Fujian provinces, 1 402 received elementary school education or junior middle school education, 840 were married. The percentage of using condom consistently within 1 month before their confinement was 41.69%. Only one subject was found HIV antibody positive. The positive rate was 10. 38% in FSWS. [Conclusion]There are unsafe sex behaviors and drug taking behaviors, and the Syphilis prevalence was high among FSWS. They are faced with high risk to HIV/STD.
