2008年博白县艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

Analysis of Voluntary Counseling and Testing of AIDS in Bobai County in 2008

[目的]了解接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）的人群现状，以便有针对性地制订艾滋病健康教育干预措施。[方法]对2008年到博白县疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊求询的360名自愿检测咨询者资料进行分析。[结果]360名求询者中，20-39岁的占85．56％，男性占76．11％，有静脉注射毒品、非婚性接触史、配偶检测阳性者占81．11％。求询问题主要是HIV检测相关问题、艾滋病症状、传播途径及感染概率等，分别占42．22％、55．83％、57．22％。检出11例HIV抗体阳性者．阳性率为3．06％。[结论]艾滋病自愿咨询检测者主要是青年人、有高危行为人群，这一人群HIV抗体阳性率较高。

[Objective]To know the current status of people who received VCT, to constitute the health education and intervention project. [Methods]Data of 360 people who had voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）in the clinic of CDC of Bobai county in 2008 were analyzed. [Results]Of the 360 people received consultation,85.56% of them were young people aged between 20-39.76.11% were male;81.11% of the total had high risk behavior（Intravenous drug, non-marital sex, positive for spouse）. The most concern questions were about HIV test（42. 220%）, symptoms of AIDS（55.83%）, route of transmission and injection probability（57.22%） and so on. [Conclusion]The crowd of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing are mainly young people,who are the high-risk behavior groups with high HIV-positive rate.
