摘要
采用物理模拟方法研究了活化稠油的选择性堵水作用。根据活化稠油的注入能力、耐冲刷能力和突破压力研究结果,对堵水施工工艺、施工参数及堵后配套措施的选择方法进行了研究;推导了活化稠油突破压力计算公式,为合理选择活化稠油用量提供了计算方法。自1991年至1997年6月,该技术在辽河油田锦州采油厂共施工238井次,增油16.7×104t,降水29.5×104m3。
This paper studies the selective water shutoff ability of W/O emulation by core experiments. Water shutoff operation methods, injection parameters and matching measurements after shutoff are discussed according to the research results on injectivity, antiscour capability and critical pressure of W/O emulation. To determine the volume of emulation, a formula is deduced to calculate the critical pressure of emulation. From 1991 to June, 1997, 238 times of water shutoff operations are performed in Jinzhou production factory, Liaohe oil field by using this technique. This operation increased oil rate of 167,000t, deduced water production of 295,000m 3 totally. The technique presents a successful selective water shutoff method. It especially suits to the wells which cannot use packer squeeze method to inject waterplug agent.
