2008年濮阳市手足口病流行特征分析

Analysis of the Epidemic Characteristics of HFMD in Puyang City in 2008

[目的]探讨手足13病流行特征．为手足口病防治工作提供科学依据。[方法]分析2008年濮阳市医疗机构报告的手足口病临床诊断病例临床资料和流行病个案调查资料。[结果]2008年濮阳市报告手足口病581例。发病率为15．89／10万，为散发疫情，未出现暴发疫情：发病率（／10万），男性为20．74，女性为10．51（P〈0．01）；0岁为56．81，1～3岁为319．14，4～9岁为29．81，10～13岁为7．36（P〈0．01）；农村为14．8s，城区为18．32（P〈0．05）。5～7月发病数占全部病例的83．48％。检测35饲病人发病1周内标本68份，肠病毒EV71核酸阳性率为80．06％；病人血清32份．肠病毒EV71核酸全部阴性。[结论]2008年濮阳市手足1：3病以肠病毒EV71感染为主，男性、1～3岁儿童、城区居民发病率较高。

[Objective]To explore the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）, provide scientific basis for HFMD control and prevention. [Methods]Data of the clinically diagnosed HFMD cases reported by medical institutions and epidemiological investigation in Puyang city were analyzed in 2008. [Results]581 HFMD eases were reported in Puyang in 2008. The morbidity rate was 15.89/100 000 with sporadic cases. No outbreak occurred. The morbidity rate（/ 100 000） was 20. 74 in male and 10. 51 in female（ P〈0. 01） ,56.81,319. 14,29.81 and 7.36 in the people aged 0 year- old , from I to 3,4 to 9,10 to 13 year- old （ P 〈 0. 01 ） respectively. The morbidity rate was 14. 8 5 / 100000 and 18. 3 2 / 100 000 in rural areas and urban district（ P 〈0. 05）. 83.48% of the cases were reported from May to July. 68 specimens collected from 3 5 cases within 1 week of the illness were tested. The positive rate of EV 7 1 virus nucleic acid was 80.06 %. 32 serum samples were tested,all of them were negative for EV71 virus nucleic acid. [Conclusion]Most of the HFMD cases were infected with intestinal virus EV71 in Puyang city in 2008. Most of the cases were urban male children aged from 1 to 3.
