摘要
长三角区域劳动就业立法冲突是阻碍长三角区域实现经济一体化的制度性障碍,不利于长三角区域经济的协调发展。通过对长三角区域劳动就业方面的政策法规存在的大量冲突进行梳理,分析法规冲突产生的危害,为健全区域协调机制,协调区域立法提出可行性建议。
The conflicts with the employment legislation and policies of Yangtze River Delta are institutional barriers to realize the economic integration of Yangtze River Delta. They do not favor the economic coordinated development of the area. By reviewing a large number of conflicts with the employment legislation and policies and analyzing the disadvantages of the conflictive legistlation and policies, this article offers feasible proposals for perfecting the regional coordinated mechanism and coordinating the regional legislation.
