摘要
研究纺织服装企业管理人员胜任力模型,目的在于为纺织服装企业探索建立一套实用的管理模型,提高人力资源利用率和管理的科学性。基于纺织服装行业特征,以验证性因子分析方法探求适合纺织服装企业管理人员通用的胜任力模型。最终通过比较和验证,得出了适合纺织服装企业管理人员的胜任力6因子模型。
The purpose of studying the structure model of the competent management staff in the textile and garment enterprises is to explore and establish a set of practical management model for the textile and garment enterprises, and improve the use of human resource and the management. In this way, textile and garment enterprises will enhance the capability against risk. By empirical research, statistics and data analysis, confirmatory factor analytic techniques, we are trying to verify and explore the universal competence model for textile and garment enterprises. By comparison and verification, the model of six-factor-Competency is established, which is proper for textile and garment enterprises managers.
