2968株念珠菌的鉴定及流行特点分析 被引量:3

Identification of 2968 strains of Candida and an epidemic analysis

摘要 对2004年1月1日至2007年12月31日由临床分离到的2968株念珠菌进行分析,菌种分布依次为:白念珠菌2177株(73.35%),光滑念珠菌305株(10.28%),克柔念珠菌253株(8.52%),热带念珠菌132株(4.45%),葡萄牙念珠菌66株(2.22%),近平滑念珠菌35株(1.18%)。在各临床标本中分布的构成比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。念珠菌菌种分布的构成比除2005和2006年间差异无统计学意义外,其余各年度间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。 All 2968 strains of Candida species from deeply infected specimens were isolated from Jan. 2004 to Nov. 2007 in the hospital, in which the Candida albicans accounted for 73.35% of the isolates, and the C. glabrata, C. krusei, C. tropicalis, C. portugal and C. parapsilosi accounted for 10. 28%, 8. 52% ,4.45%, 2. 22% and 1.18% respectively. In these 4 years, the distribution of a variety of clinical specimens and composition sections were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The distribution of Candida species and composition sections were not significantly different between 2005 and 2006, the rest interannual comparisons were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 ).
