摘要
21例腹部术后胃瘫综合征患者，在X线监视下经导丝引导将鼻空肠三腔营养管的吸引腔置于胃窦处，喂养腔置于空肠内，在胃减压的同时行空肠营养。21例患者1例借助胃镜辅助，其余20例均1次置管成功，置管时间5—38min，平均16min。营养管留置时间9～51d，平均23d，全部治愈。腹部术后胃瘫综合征患者在X线下置入鼻空肠三腔营养管安全快捷，一根管同时实现胃减压与空肠营养，耐受性好，方便有效。
The three-lumen nasogastrojejunal tube was placed through guide wires under X-ray monitoring for 21 patients with postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome. The suction cavity was placed at sinus ventriculi for decompression and the feeding cavity was placed at jejunum for nourishment. The tube was successfully placed in all patients except one who need the help of gastroscopy. The time of procedure was 5 - 38 min with an average of 16 min. The duration for the nutrient tube staying was 9 -51 d with an average of 23 d. All patients cured. Three-lumen nasogastrojejunal tube placed under X-ray monitoring proves to be a safe, convenient, highly tolerable and effective procedure.
