依据中国低保福利状况,对福利依赖作出分类,重点分析有劳动能力但就业意愿不强的福利依赖人群。导致依赖福利的诱因有低保资格附带的连带利益、体制转轨的结构性因素等。最后提出反依赖对策建议。

According to the conditions of the minimum living security system, the weffare dependency is classified and the people who have ability to work but without strong win to work are mainly analyzed. The reasons for the welfare dependency are the joint interest led by the qualifications of owning subsistence allowances, the structural factor of the system transition, and so on. At last, some countermeasures about the welfare dependency are put forward.
