城中村是中国快速城市化进程中的一种不良产物。处理好城中村问题是关系到城乡统筹发展,形成城乡一体化新格局的重要内容;是中国特色城镇化过程中正确处理和保护农民合法利益的重要内容。因此,重庆市必须在借鉴其他城市改造经验的情况下,从重庆自身问题的特点出发,找出一条理论科学、有法可依,在保护原村民合法权益、促进经济社会协调发展的原则下,真正能推进重庆城中村改造的办法。

Urban villages are bad products in China＇ s rapid urbanization process. To well deal with the problems of villages is important for the planning of urban and rural development, the essential content of forming the new urban - rural pattern, an importsnt aspect of the process of urbanization with Chinese characteristics in the correct treatment and the protection of the legitimate interests of the farmers. Therefore, Chongqing must draw experiences from other cities in the transformation of the circumstances, and from its own characteristics, to find a theoretical science, law to protect the legitimate fights and interests of farmers, and under the principle of promoting economic and social development in coordination, to find a way that can really transform urban villages in the city of Chongqing.
