介绍了新一代减阻剂(Liquid Power^(TM))在马广线上的应用情况。通过采用两台主泵并联,并注入适量的Liquid Power^(TM)减阻剂,使该线实现10×10~6t的年输量在技术上、经济上均可行,与不加减阻剂的改造方案相比,可节约一次性投资和一定的运行费用,效益十分显著。
Introduces an application practice of a new generation of drag reducer (Liquid Power^(TM) in Mabi-anzhou-Guangzhou pipeline. Using two main pumps in parallel and injecting certain amount of Liquid Power^(TM) makes the pipeline realize a throughput of 10×10 6 t/a. It is applicable both in technology and economy. Compared with the reforming plan without adding drag reducer, it can save primary investment and some operational cost, thus obtain an evident economic benefit.
