经纤支镜射频置管建立气道旁路肺减容术初步探讨
摘要
目的:提高肺减容术的疗效,减低并发症。方法:在肺气肿动物模型上射频置管,观察肺功能的改变。结果:肺功能明显好转。结论:射频置管创伤小,并发症少,肺功能改善明显,治疗肺气肿安全有效。
