液体粘性对离心泵运行工况点的影响

摘要 分析了液体粘性对离心泵性能曲线与装置阻力曲线的影响。液体的粘性,以及液体中的固体颗粒与杂质会使摩擦损失增加,导致离心泵性能曲线下降。同时,液体的粘性也引起装置阻力曲线的变化。无论是离心泵性能曲线的变化,还是装置阻力曲线的变化,都会引起离心泵运行工况点的变化。为直观地给出液体粘性对离心泵运行工况点的影响情况,在试验与统计条件下,给出了输送汽油、煤油和柴油的离心泵性能曲线和装置阻力曲线,并且论述了离心泵运行工况点的确定方法。 The influence of liqUid viscosity upon a centrifugal pump's Performance curve and device resistance curve is ana-lynd. liqUid viscosity, solids and impurity in liqUid eause the increase of friction loss, resulting in the fall of centrifugnlpump's performance curve. The liqUid viscosity also causes change of device resistance curve. Both the changes ofpump's Perfonnae curve and device resistance curve will cause the change of operating point of the centrifugal pump. ToInake the influence of liqUid viscosity upon operating point of the Pump directly, the Perfonnance curve and device resis-tance curve of the centrifugal pump for pumPing gasoline, kerosene and diesel are given under the condition of test andstatistics. And the methed for determining tLhe operating peint of the centiifugal pUmP is expounded.
