摘要
根据现场试验和运行情况,分析了电动潜油泵的启动特性和运行特性。电泵启动时间仅为0.08~0.1s,0.2s达到全速运行,启动时间短,动负荷很大,可能造成泵轴断裂。如果电网电压向上波动,电泵启动时间更短,动负荷更大,泵轴更容易断裂。电泵欠载运行时,机组产生热蠕变,长期运行导致电动机绕组和电缆击穿,电动机功率因数降低。潜油电泵过载运行时,电动机电流增大,铜耗增大,温升增加,长期运行也易导致机组烧毁。建议合理降低电动机端电压,延长电泵启动时间,消除动负荷,降低启动电流,从而保证电动机和泵正常运行。
Based on field test and operation, the starting and operating chareteristics of an electric submersible pump(ESP)are analyzed. The ESP starts in 0.08 ~ 0. 1s, and mns at full speed within O.2s. The pumP shaf hed Inay occur owingto shart starting time and large moving load. If the electric networ voltage nuctuates uPwaal, the time for Pump Startingis still shorter, and the moving load is larger, resulting in the pump shaf breaking more easily. When the ase runs forlong time with insffocient load, the electric rnotor coil and cable will be bumt out owing to heat creep, and the powerfactor of the motor will be reduced. When the asP runs for a long peried with overload, the powr Pack will be bumt outowing to the incra of current and coPper loss and the rise of temPeratUre. It is recommnded to taluce the end votageof the motor and starting cul1ent rationally , prologn the staIting time and climinate moving load to ensure normal operationof the electric motor and ESP.
