新中国成立以来,针对不同历史时期,不同的现实状况曾两次明确提出"健康第一"的指导思想,进入21世纪以来,对这一思想的不断重申和拓展,不仅有助于我们更全面的理解"健康第一"思想的内涵和重要意义,更有助于我们在学校教育工作中,乃至我国的竞技体育和群众体育中认真地贯彻执行这一重要的指导思想。

From the founding of new China, the view of ＂health first＂ has been mentioned twice in different historical times and different conditions, which has been made comparative analysis in the three aspects of guiding times, ideological contents and its practical significance through such research methods as documentary and logical analysis. When we have entered 21st Centary, the idea of ＂health first＂ has also been reiterated and developed, which not only help us understand its deeply meaning and significance, but also help implement the important guiding ideology in our school education, and competitive guiding and mass sports.
