摘要
针对冷却塔专用三相异步电机的特殊使用场合,在设计、加工以及材料选用方面对其进行分析,提出防潮、排水、绝缘处理、工艺结构选材、轴承密封和润滑脂选定等诸方面的综合设计思路,对提高该型电机的质量进行探索。
Aiming to the special operation area, this paper analyzes the characteristics of three-phase induction motor for cooling tower application in aspects of design, manufacturing and material selection, etc. , and presents comprehensive design ideas in selection of moisture-proof, draining, insulation treatment, processing structure, bearing seals and grease, etc. to improve the quality of this type of motor.
