摘要
目的了解护理专业本科生在临床实习期间的心理健康状况,以便更有效地对即将走向工作岗位的护生进行科学的心理指导。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对52名护理本科生(护生组)进行心理测量,并与全国青年常模(常模组)进行比较。结果护生组SCL-90的7个因子得分均较常模组高,差异有显著性(t=2.24~6.50,P〈0.05、0.01)。护生进入临床实习后,所出现的主要心理问题为抑郁、躯体化、强迫、焦虑、人际关系敏感。结论护理本科生在进入临床实习阶段,心理健康状况较差。这与学生从社会关系较为简单的学校环境向关系复杂的社会环境过渡有关,同时也与实习生面对择业压力有关。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of undergraduate nurses in order to give them psychological guidance for a new job. Methods Self-rating scales (SCL-90) were sent to 52 nursing undergraduates and compared with nationwide youth nora. Results The score was higher in the students than that of the nom group in seven factors in SCL-90 (t= 2.24-6.50;P〈0.05,0.01). The main psychological problems in students during their clinical training were depression, somatization, compulsion, anxiety and sensitivity in interpersonal relationship. Conclusion The mental health stutas is relatively weak in undergraduate nurses at clinical rotation, which is related to the transition from relatively simple school environment to complicated society, and also due to facing employment pressure.
