摘要
某钢铁集团公司一台400m3球罐由于世博选址改造需分拆搬迁后重新组装,组装焊接过程中极易产生错边及角变形缺陷。为有效地控制组装时的角变形,采用有限元数值分析方法进行计算,建立三维有限元模型,对球罐整体进行有限元应力分析,同时,进行不同角变形参数下的应力分析和有限元计算,确定了焊后棱角度的数值上限,以确保现场施工的顺利进行。
A400 m^3 spherical vessel belongs to a steel company have to carry out a disassemble -remove - reassemble project caused by EXPO2010 site selection. Defects of misaligned concoct edge and angular distortion are easy to generate during the reassembling. In this paper, in order to effectively control the angular distortion, infinite element analysis method was adopted and a modle was built to analyse the whole vessel's stress distribution. After analysing and calculating with different amount of angular distortion, the upper limit of angular distortion was found, which greatly supported the construction.
