摘要
为探明茄子近缘种对黄萎病的抗性和遗传特性,本研究对6个茄子近缘种的黄萎病抗性进行了人工鉴定。结果表明,野生茄Solanum linnaeanum对黄萎病表现为抗病。以S.linnaeanum和紫长茄感病自交系06035为亲本,构建了P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F26个家系世代群体,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对黄萎病抗性进行多世代联合分析,结果表明:抗性的遗传受两对加性-显性-上位性主基因控制;B1、B2和F2群体的主基因遗传率分别为95.80%、95.62%和95.85%。以上结果表明,S.linnaeanum可作为茄子抗黄萎病遗传育种研究的抗源材料。
Six eggplant related species were identified for their resistances to verticillium wilt, Solanum linnaeanum, a wide eggplant, showed resistance. S. linnaeanum and 06035( a long-purple eggplant inbred line) were employed to establish six genealogical populations, P1, F1, P2, B1, B2 and F2. The verticillium wilt resistances of the populations were analyzed by using the mixed inheritance model of major gene plus polygene of plant quantitative traits. Genetic analysis showed that the inheritance of the verticillium wilt resistance was dominated by two major genes with additive-dominance-epistatie effects. The heritability of the major genes in B1, B2 and F2 were 95.80%, 95.62% and 95.85% respectively. Results indicate that S. linnaeanum could be used as resource material to improve verticillium wilt resistance of eggplant.
