摘要
目的探讨直肠癌手术外科并发症的处理和预防。方法回顾性分析196例直肠癌病人的临床资料,分析手术中和手术后近期并发症的类型、原因和处理方法。结果196例直肠癌病人发生术中并发症3例(1.5%),手术后并发症17例(8.7%),包括骶前静脉大出血、前列腺出血、输尿管损伤、切口感染、吻合口漏、直肠阴道瘘、吻合口狭窄、急性尿潴留和造口坏死狭窄等。结论直肠癌手术外科并发症可治可防,外科医生要加强围手术期管理,提高手术技能,以降低直肠癌手术并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the management and prevention of complications in surgery for rectal cancer. Methods The data of 196 patients with rectal cancer undergoing cancer resection were reviewed retrospectively and intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results Of the operation for 196 patients, intraoperative complications occurred in three patients, postoperative complications in 17, which included presacral venous hemorrhea, prostatic bleeding, ureteric injury, wound infection, anastomotic leakage, rectovaginal fistula, anastomotic stricture, fistulous necrosis and stricture, and acute urinary retention. Conclusion Operative complications of resection of rectal cancer are preventable and treatable. Perioperative management should be emphasized and skills be improved so as to lower the complications of rectal-cancer resection.
