摘要
目的建立科学的职称晋升量化评审体系,以保证我院职称评审工作的顺利进行。方法对我院5年来所建立的职称晋升量化评审标准进行分析和总结。结果我院建立了一套合理的职称晋升量化评审体系。结论建立的职称量化评审体系能够适应我院评价和选拔优秀专业技术人才的需要。
Objective To set up a scientific quantification appraisal system for promotion of professional title. Methods Data of the system used in our hospital for five year period were analyzed and summarized. Results A set of rational quantification appraisal system of job title promotion was established. Conclusion The established quantification appraisal system for job title can meet the requirement of selecting excellent professionals for our hospital.
