脑缺血对AD模型大鼠脑组织Aβ1-40表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨脑缺血与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的相关性。方法将40只大鼠随机分为假手术组、AD模型组(AD组)、脑缺血组(CI组)、AD脑缺血组(AD+CI组),每组10只。AD组、AD+CI组行AD造模,其后CI组、AD+CI组行脑缺氧造模。分别于实验前、AD造模后14、21d(即脑缺血后1周)行学习记忆功能测试,采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑组织β-淀粉样肽(Aβ1-40)阳性细胞数。结果AD+CI组在21d时学习记忆功能较假手术组、CI组、AD组明显下降;脑内Aβ1-40阳性细胞数明显增加。结论脑缺血可加重AD病情,其可能机制为增加Aβ的神经毒性作用。
