综述了全球海洋探测技术、海洋开发技术和海洋通用技术等三个领域的发展特点，以及各国海洋高新技术进展状况和成就。探讨了海洋技术发展趋势。

This paper reviews the developing features in the fields of global marine remote sensing and environmental detcction technology,Ocean exploitation technology as well as marine deep diving and communication technology, in cluding status of achievements on marine Hitechs in various countries, and peeps into the developing trend of each field. In addition,a brief introduction is also given on the development of marine technologies in China.
