成人高等教育是我国高等教育重要组成部分,然而近几年成人高校的发展状况不容乐观。针对目前教育形势,只有坚持走"职前教育与职后教育并举、学历教育与职业培训并重"之路,才是成人高校未来发展的有效途径。

Adult higher education is an important component of higher education in our country, but in recent years the development of adult college is not optimistic. View of the current education situation, only stick to the ＂pre-service education and post education simultaneously, academic education and vocational training both＂ can we choose an effective way of the future development of adult college.
