建设创新型国家是关系国家命运和民族兴衰的战略抉择,这就对科学与工程人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文分析了创新型科学与工程人才的社会需求,介绍了加拿大滑铁卢大学独特的科学与工程人才合作教育培养模式,并以此为基础,思考了我国创新型科学与工程人才培养的方向和路径。

Building an innovative country is a strategic choice and needs high quality personnel. In this paper the author introduces Co-operative Education model in University of Waterloo. And ideas are formed in the development of China＇s innovative science and in training engineering talents.
