摘要
本文论述了普通高等学校材料科学与工程专业培养创新型人才的重要性,讨论了材料类专业创新型人才的知识结构和特点,提出了材料科学与工程专业培养创新人才的具体措施并进行了实践。我们的探索取得了较为满意的结果。
In this paper, the importance of Training innovative talents of materials professional in ordinary college was described and the specialized innovation talented person＇s knowledge structure and the characteristic were discussed. The concrete measures were offered to cultivate the innovative talents and some satifaetory results had been obtained.
