摘要
基因工程已经渗透到每个人的生活中,中学生物课中也普遍开展了基因工程实验。然而人们在实验中常常失败,却不知道为什么。已见文章中报道的都是成功案例,对失败避而不谈,所以分析易犯错误就非常重要,它让学生们在实验操作中避免走弯路。我们根据多年实践和指导研究生经验,总结并分析了基因工程实验中九方面易犯错误及应对策略,希望对相关人员有一些借鉴。
The technology of genetic engineering has affected everyone's life, and it has been widely educated in colleges and universities. Sometimes, experimenters can't find why they fail in doing genetic engineering experiments. At the same time, successes are often reported in papers instead of failures. There-fore, it is very important to point out the common mistakes one will make while doing experiments. We have analyzed the possibilities of easy-made mistakes and provided the measures to deal with them after years of practice experience in this paper.
