Independent colleges have recently experienced a rapid development, however, the questions in the development of the college has been protruding with each passing day, which to a certain degree influence the construction and development of the colleges. In order to guarantee the stable and sustainabIe development of the hbraries of the independent colleges, this article makes the micro and macro analyses of the bottleneck and probes into the counter-measures of breaking through the bottleneck above-mentioned.
