专人负责制、首问责任制、全员咨询制已成为高校图书馆参考咨询服务的主要体制,与此相适应的是参考咨询服务模式逐渐多样化,这将满足读者多样化的信息需求。
Personal responsibility system, the asking system of job responsibility and full consultation system have become the main systems of reference service in academic libraries. To adapt the situation, the patterns of reference service are gradually becoming varied, which will meet the diverse information needs of readers.
